Privacy notice

This notice covers the AI Governance Health Check, enquiries and purchases made through aigovernancekit.eu.

What we collect

For the free Health Check we collect your email address, role, organisation-size band, optional country, your ten answers and resulting score. If you voluntarily opt in, we also record marketing consent. Campaign attribution may be recorded from UTM parameters. Checkout is handled by a third-party merchant of record or payment provider; this site does not store card details.

Why we use it

• To send the action plan you requested and provide the service.
• To administer orders, support and product updates.
• To measure aggregated funnel performance and improve the product.
• To send occasional updates only where you separately consent.

Retention and sharing

Non-customer Health Check records are reviewed and deleted or anonymised within 12 months. Customer records may be retained for the period required for contracts, tax and accounting. Data is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, email delivery and checkout, subject to their applicable safeguards.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw optional marketing consent at any time by emailing hello@aigovernancekit.eu. The action plan itself does not require marketing consent.
