Refund policy
Seller identification is being configured privately before checkout is enabled.
Because the Founding Edition is delivered digitally, statutory cancellation rights may vary according to purchaser status and applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Voluntary 14-day guarantee
In addition to any mandatory rights, we offer a voluntary 14-day refund guarantee. Email hello@aigovernancekit.eu within 14 calendar days of purchase, identify the order and briefly explain why the kit did not meet your needs. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
After a refund
The licence ends when a refund is issued. You must stop using the files and delete copies held by your organisation, except where retention is legally required.
Duplicate or failed purchases
Contact us promptly if you were charged twice, cannot access the download or received a damaged file. We will prioritise restoring access or correcting the charge.
