Terms of sale

The Founding Edition is a digital, self-service product offered for business and professional use. By buying it you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation or in a professional capacity.

What you receive

A downloadable en-GB package containing the Start Here guide, AI Use Register, lightweight risk matrix, internal AI policy, sensitive-data and triage checklist, worked examples, and a licence/support guide.

Price, delivery and licence

The launch price is €79 excluding any VAT shown at checkout. Delivery is digital after successful payment. The licence permits internal use, editing and adaptation by one purchasing organisation. It does not permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, publication as a template library or use to serve unrelated client organisations.

Scope and responsibility

The kit is an operational governance resource. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR or any other law. The purchaser remains responsible for its decisions, legal assessment, implementation and use of AI systems.

Support and updates

The Founding Edition includes email support for product-access and file-use questions for 30 days after purchase, plus corrections and minor v1 updates released within 90 days. Consulting, legal review, implementation and organisation-specific customisation are not included.

Availability

Reasonable steps are taken to keep checkout and downloads available. Planned maintenance, service-provider outages and events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
